To visitors to the Mercury Property Services website (Please note that this website is only for information and contact details)  MPS is an accronym for Mercury Property Services. MPS is a small family enterprise, historically providing good quality rental accommodation directly owned by the family.    Properties All of my associated historical properties were within easy walking distance from local amenities including a mainline railway  station, a bus station,  various major shops, a regular market (open 4 days a week) and also the Princes Royal Hospital. 

Tenancies

For our tenant’s peace of mind and security, all my tenancies have always started on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST).   Smoking is not permitted in the rental properties. 

For Our Tenants Our aim is to provide,  good quality, safe residential accommodation.  Should an issue arise then it can be reported by text, telephone, or by email. See the Contacts page on this website for details.
